There are a lot of treks in Nepal it would be very hard to write about them all the two most famous ones would be the trek to base-camp of this planet's tallest highest mountain and the Annapurna Circuit.
It is almost always best to reserve any trek through a reputable agent. Hiking boots are as a result of irregular terrain. Check weather conditions so you are not trekking in monsoon season or anticipating it to be hot once the weather is actually cold.
National Parks
There are three wildlife reserves, nine national parks and three conservation areas in Nepal, this equates having shielded land. The majority of Individuals head to Royal Chitwan National Park. This covers 932km2 of sal forest, water marshes and grasslands and is by far the most well-known park in Nepal. The largest draw and reason people visit is there's a chance to spot tigers and leopards and that it's home to the endangered Indian one-horned rhino.
The other parks are fairly and worth seeing but they are not really on the main tourist path.

Unlike a lot of its' neighbours Nepali food is not that fantastic it is rice with vegetables. However there is a wide array of Japanese, Mexican, Chinese, Tibetan, Indian and western food. A huge proportion of Nepal is vegetarian, but those that do it meat pretty much eat the animal all. Try out bul-la how filled via the windpipe with batter and then boiled, sliced and fried and finished off with steamed blood pudding or that is dregs of rice-wine with ti-syah or diced spleen, buddy spinal marrow.
Some delightful sticky candies are made by the Nepalese though even when the foods are not any excellent.
