E-beeze has today announced the launch of a new innovative software solution, SignTech, allowing companies to go paperless. SignTech form solutions can manage both internal communications and external documents. Providing customers the ability to build, complete and legally sign any form anywhere, anytime, create PDFs instantly and send data directly to mobile devices in a simple click.
SignTech allows organisations to simply upload their form, enter basic settings and the digitalised PDF enabled form will be available on mobile devices. A SignTech account includes a unique profile page, making forms available to millions of devices worldwide. After completing the basic information, users are prompted to sign with their own fingers, or a stylus pen, creating a legally binding signature.
It features 18 elements and enhanced features, including 'frequent fields' to allow organisations to cost effectively build and manage robust business applications, reducing processing time by 80% and significantly reducing administrative costs.
