Provident fund invested of Rs. 6577 Cr. in the stock market
 
After the government provident fund department allowed a total of 5 %to 15% of total deposits invest in the capital market centre, has invested around Rs. 6577 crore in the Department on March 31, 2016.
Department for the past two years was allowed to invest money in the capital market. However, capital market fluctuations, would concern the employees affected, 15 per cent of the amount that has been given to invest 5 solution. Available sources, capital market investment for Provident Fund Department of exchange-traded fund is given preference.
All of this amount is invested in ETFs, has avoided investing in any company in particular. The market is the focus of the investments held by the Department for the current fiscal.
