Screw pump torque method overload protection pin type: connect the pulley on the input shaft of the reducer and the shaft sleeve with a shear pin, and the shaft sleeve and the shaft are connected with a key.

According to the load torque of the screw pump, pins with different load capacity are selected. When the load torque exceeds the bearing capacity of the pin, the pin is sheared, causing the pulley to run idly, realizing overload protection. Although the pin-type overload protection is simple and easy to implement, it is inconvenient to use because of the poor adjustability of the overload torque. Spring type:

The input shaft of the gearbox and the pulley are connected with a spring ball torque coupling. The load torque of the coupling can be adjusted by adjusting the expansion and contraction of the spring. When the load torque exceeds the load torque of the coupling, the ball on the coupling will be separated
