Franchisees of Apricot Lane receive the company’s full support in finding the right store location. Aside from identifying available marketplaces, the franchise also offers turnkey locations for sale.

[United States, 1/17/2019] – Apricot Lane offers franchise licenses to interested parties from all 50 states. The company has designated seven priority states, including California and Texas. Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota have partial availability for franchisees, and the remaining 40 states have full availability.

A Marketplace Visit with Apricot Lane C-suite

Apricot Lane instill the importance of a well-chosen boutique location early in the approval process. Store location, construction plans, and build out are included in the company’s series of information emails.

As part of the company’s commitment to finding the ideal store location for its franchisees, it schedules a marketplace visit using company funds. Apricot Lane’s founder, president of retail, chief executive officer, chief operating officer, or real estate ambassador will meet with franchisees and guide them in finding the right site for their new business. They will also receive guidance on the following:

• Researching location opportunities
• Setting up appointments with leasing representatives
• Touring potential store locations

Available Turnkey Locations

Apricot Lane offers turnkey locations, as well. Buying a turnkey location may lessen the stress on new franchisees since they will have fewer initial responsibilities to take care of and can immediately start business operations.

Two single unit boutiques in Wisconsin and three in Central Illinois are available for purchase, with one boutique’s asking price set below the typical investment costs.

Interested franchisees can opt to buy currently operating boutiques, provided they meet the minimum financial requirements, which depend on the purchase and sale agreement for each existing location. Franchisees also need to submit an application and sign a nondisclosure agreement to get a full resale package.
