An alcohol and drug evaluation is often referred to as a lab report. All evaluations are done by Federal State Certified Evaluators who have an extensive background in working with individuals suffering from substance abuse.

Our appointment at our office or yours will take up to an hour and by the time you leave we will have prepared a recommendation letter and court documents that can be used when you go to court or need to convince the courts that you need treatment, not jail time.

The Alcohol and Drug Evaluations is a thorough assessment of the individual’s personal history, current situation, and any relevant factors that may impact the risk for relapse. Recommendations for treatment are then provided for court conditions, recommendations for treatment programs, probation requirements and even sentencing recommendations.
