I started my first company back and grew it to $1 million turnover and I adored it. I learned a few lessons across the way that I feel compelled to talk with you. The most important of which is that why you wish to be your own boss, you need to know and whether you have thought through the consequences of that decision.
Some of the successful and effective entrepreneurs are Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg and Michael Gastauer.

Listed below are a Couple of the reasons why many people want to be their own boss and points to Think about if you plan on having goods, customers, customers and employees: -

You are interested in being master of your own destiny.
There are lots of things virtually any business, based on what you're selling including, the weather, availability of supply, price , choosing the right workers, choosing the right customers, choosing the ideal lender, seasonality along with your competitors, all of which seem to conspire to divert you from your path.

You do not want to conform to the corporate rules
You be politically correct, may not wish to put on a suit or become the individual others expect you to be, but be prepared to take time to discover like-minded men and women who want buy and to work for the person like you.

You want the flexibility to work when you want
Employees will expect a leader that is good to lead. Clients expect to you to be available when they want you!

You don't need anyone telling you what you can and can't do or to impose deadlines upon you.
What you can or cannot do will become evident as you see the ebb and flow of clients and customers, they will vote with their feet if they believe they aren't getting what they believed they were going to get, whenever they want it. Also recall your relationship with suppliers, clients and staff is a two way street and you won't feel like you're in control for long if you are not able to deliver your part of the bargain.

You are fed up with making money for other people and believe you can make more on your own.
Check out your 'Wealth Profile' on the internet, it costs about $100, but it's going to be the best move you ever made. You need to learn what type of personality you are and who you want around you to be successful. For instance, I am a 'CREATOR', that basically means I'm good at coming up with innovative suggestions for marketing or products, but I am poor at finishing jobs and give too much away when closing bargains and as a result, I need a 'SUPPORTER' in my team.

Your current job doesn't give you the life you want.
Ensure that you have the help of those about you. You're able to make significant gains, but make it wrong without assistance from your loved ones and you could lose more than just your money.

Changes in conditions for example, you have been fired or made redundant along with the current fiscal climate makes finding another job, with the same cover, in the same field improbable.
Changes in situation might often be the catalyst for assisting you to decide when this is the case then do it and you've feared for a long time. I respect your principle since it looks like the last resort if you're starting a company, but you may find it almost impossible to conjure up the self-confidence, drive and excitement you need to be successful.

Your current employer has only appointed you a brand-new Line Supervisor, who you don't get together with.
Starting a business, will not prevent people picking who you work for. They can be substituted if one of your clients is the employee of a corporation and they can sell if your client is a small business owner, both situations can equally result in change for better or for worse.

You've just come into some cash and want to place it to work for you.
'Find out before you earn' is a term used by multimillionaire Brad Sugars. You could stand to shed it and then some, if you don't know the rules of creating money! Do a lot of self-development before you risk your children's' inheritance.

If some of the temptations of being your own boss seem daunting to you, but you think that you have the energy, endurance, determination, self-discipline and self-motivation, the qualities common to most successful Entrepreneurs and vital in any business, then start with the 'work from home' model, with no employees, low costs and fixed price good quality goods, provided that you've honed your people skills, you'll be OK. .
