[UTAH, 03/13/2018] — The International Facility Management Association (IFMA) released a study that looked at the most common cooling and heating complaints from office employees. The goal of the study, titled “Temperature Wars: Savings vs. Comfort,” was to determine the nature of the complaints as well as the building improvements and actions taken to make employees comfortable and focused on their work.
