Standout Properties of A Kit Suspension

He continued to say that the forks were progressive, stiction free, and fluid throughout the stroke. It worked well in all the ride models.

“A kit suspension gives your KTM a similar work suspension present in Honda, SUZUKI, and Kawasaki riders,” said the Moto Stillwell CEO. There are several standing out properties that this suspension has and you need to know them before purchasing your ride. First of all, it has forks that measure 49 mm from the flexing in its corners.

The CEO says that these forks come when they are pressurized, sealed, and Kashima-coated with aluminum cartridge rods which are tolerant than stock parts. The axle lags in the kit are liberal with a unique internal cartridge system that completes the package.

“The shock has a shock shaft that produces twenty-eight rebound clicks with four turns high-speed compression and twenty-six clicks in low-speed compression. The internals of this shock is Kashima-coated with an LSV system and a 28mm piston.

“A few years ago, the performance of A kit suspension worked well with the series of rides that were there,” said one the employees in the company. However, the most recent suspension did not perform well in a few series of rides. Non-performance brought some confusion which then led to diligent working for trying various oil heights and valving settings. “After a moment of desperation, the company decided to use a soft spring, new valving, and lower oil height for coming up with new forks quickly.”

He continued to say that the forks were progressive, stiction free, and fluid throughout the stroke. It worked well in all the ride models. The new A kit suspension works well in the modest 450cc four-stroke.

“The recent shock performances were dismal as they did not have stiff spring rates. The company had to compensate with damping, which resulted in a dead-feeling shock” he said.

The new A kit suspension linkage changed the game as it brought about a shock with two valves. The remaining role was just to test different lengths that fit well with various rides. The performance of these suspensions works well in both two-stroke and four-stroke rides.

The CEO reiterated that linkage was an issue to consider as the previous suspensions did not handle acceleration well. The solution here is running a stiff shock spring. You can use different lengths of the shock linkages to attain more compression damping. Visit this site http://stillwellperformance.com/
