The six-year old partner program had used an inflexible homegrown PRM system that was not equipped to support the program's steady growth year over year. In order to move the maturing program forward, a search for a flexible SaaS-based PRM solution, able to integrate with Salesforce CRM, was required to deliver the single-vendor system with concierge-level services needed for the program to sustain growth.
