Business turn around strategies for Supply Chain Practitioners

The 3rd edition of premier gathering for supply chain practitioners will encompass on integrating business continuity goals and objectives into existing supply chain processes.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (Press Release) Oct 2, 2013 -- Supply chain management has generally been accepted an essential element for an organizations success, but serving different customers with rapidly changing and often unpredictable consumer buying behavior results in a complex supply chain network and makes it difficult to find the right person at the right place. Currently there is a need for best-in-class people for finest execution. The 3rd Annual Supply Chain Middle East Strategy Summit on the 11-12 February 2014 in Dubai will be covering a session on mitigating risk by monitoring the talent supply chain. This session would help companies monitor talent trends and implement effective training programs within the company to enhance and retain performance.

Since 2012, the summit was held under the patronage of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry and has been renowned as the premier gathering of supply chain & logistics practitioners. The 3rd edition will have live debate by two industry experts battling on the pros and cons, focus sessions on 7 pillars of an efficient supply chain organization. Interactive panel discussion for troubleshooting current challenges and transformational initiatives on latest researches done in supply chain management.
