Wolverhampton Adventure Golf played host to Nathan Aspinall, an England darts player and Sky Sports as he swapped his darts for pitchers and took to the Wolverhampton Adventure Golf course to discuss Nathan’s upcoming Grand Slam match.
Wolverhampton Adventure Golf is home to Wolverhampton’s 18-hole all-weather mini golf course, which is home to several large, animatronic dinosaurs, including a 20ft T-Rex. As they made their way around the course, Nathan opened up about his dart playing, how his playing either starts on the back foot or he lets his opponent get too ahead of him before he then makes and comes back. Aspinall also touched on his family's support and his feelings about the upcoming match.
Nathan Aspinall will be playing in the Grand Slam match at Aldersley Leisure Village 20th November.
Wolverhampton Adventure Golf offers a wide range of parties for schools, children’s birthdays and corporate team-building events that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from ages four to 84, regardless of ability.
Mark Allen, Owner of Wolverhampton Adventure Golf, commented: “It was great to welcome Nathan Aspinall to Wolverhampton Adventure Golf ahead of his upcoming match and I think the dinosaurs enjoyed having him amongst them. The T-Rex in particular tried very hard to get his attention with lots of roaring and moving.
“Here at Wolverhampton Adventure Golf, we pride ourselves on being accessible and fun for people of all ages and abilities. Now that Nathan’s wrist injury prevents him from playing traditional golf, we were pleased to invite him to play a variation of a sport he loves.”
