FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(August 21, 2020) – Harvard’s Joint Center for Housing Studies conducted a study. According to this study about America’s Rental Housing, it was found that nearly 20.8 million families in the United States face a moderate burden. It means that these families are spending between 30 to 49 percent of their income towards housing. To safeguard them from these huge costs and to prevent new companies from getting into the burden, Raineth Housing offers affordable housing crises.
Among the 20.8 million families with a moderate financial burden, nearly 11 million families are highly burdened. The reason is that they spend nearly 50% of their income on housing. Be it a moderate or severe burden, the families are not in a position to spend on healthy foods to their kids. Also, they are not in a position to offer decent healthcare. The founder of Raineth Housing Edward Renwick started this housing company for offering affordable housing solutions to those in the low-income category.
Ed Renwick has helped many single moms, who have a hard time meeting their ends. As they get affordable rental houses, they can save on their housing cost and can spend the money on other essential family expenses.
