FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Los Angeles, CA (August 21, 2020) - The owner and CEO of Raineth Housing, Edward Renwick has recently shared his views, feelings and experiences about his company. The organization targets single African American mothers who are in most need of homes.

The company was set up in 2009, and this out-of-state organization is now the owner of many homes in the north St. Louis area. Since 2009, the company has purchased, refurbished and rented out many homes to lower income families in the Mid-West, which include many families having rental assistance under Section 8.

Raineth Housing offers single family, free-standing homes as options for housing. Ed Renwick mentions that the objective behind setting up the company was to provide single black mothers with assistance, so that they do not have to face shortage of residential establishments and need to buy homes at exorbitant costs.

Within a decade, Raineth Holdings has become one of the biggest lessors and owners of single-family homes in the country. Renwick believes that the journey has been successful so far due to the trust put on his company, and the untiring hard work of everyone in his organization to provide the community with better living spaces in the area.
