Citra Tubindo Batam announces successful “Training for Trainer Sertifikasi BNSP” for internal Trainers and Instructors. Training is conducted in cooperation with Transwish Batam.

This training and competence certification is followed by around 20 (Twenty) participants from various departments. Trainers involved are from HR, HSE, Industrial excellence, MTC, Tech, and VPA.

The event held from Oct 21-23rd 2019 at Company’s Learning Centre in Kabil, Batam. This Training based on SKKNI uses the latest “SKKNI Nomor 161 Tahun 2015 Tentang KATEGORI PENDIDIKAN BIDANG STANDARISASI, PELATIHAN, DAN SERTIFIKASI “standard.

This training is lead by TransWISH Indonesia’s Head of Competence Certification Center and senior trainer Mr. Luki Tantra. The co-trainer for this program is Mr. Bernardus Besta Heryoga.

Citra Tubindo’s management represents by Mrs. Eka (HR) and Mr.Bambang (HSE Manager). Mrs. Eka also opens and closes the training. With this training, the company hopes that their internal trainer/ internal instructor can be more impactful on their training sessions; Met the BNSP standard for trainers and raise their bar as they are certified by BNSP.

At the end of the training and certification, all participants are recommended as “Competent Trainers” from the Assessors.

BNSP/IPCB (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi / Indonesian Profession Certification Body) is the Indonesian authorized profession competence certification. TransWISH Indonesia is an approved Training and Competence venue certificate (Tempat Uji Kompetensi/TUK) through the Indonesian Competent Instructor Competency Certification Body (LSP IKI).
