5 Steps on How to Be a Kid Again

"How dirty our neighbors laundry is, depends greatly on how clean our own window is." ~Joel Osteen.

This hit a cord with me. It is easy to get disgusted with hateful, negative and hurtful people masquerading as friends and to focus your attention on them. Many people fall victim to their critical attitude. Instead of focusing on what is good, people tend to seek out the flaw. Energy goes to where your attention flows.

It is important to stop feeding the critical nature within and start nurturing a spirit of compassion. Resolve to fight the spirit of criticism and offence. It is also important to find perspective when you are hurt by the criticism of others.

~No matter what others say about you or to you, start considering that their opinion is filtered thought the widow that they are looking out of.~

It is not always about you; most often the critical nature is all about them and their own window. There is freedom and peace when you are able to resolve that.
