Leaving town for a day is a great way to re-connect with nature and see Australia's very different side. The Blue Mountains: part of the Great Dividing Range, covered in fragrant eucalyptus forests that seem to go on forever. The Blue Mountains are renowned with its famous Echo Point lookout, from which you can see The Three Sisters, a rock formation of significance to the Aboriginal community.
