Gonorrhea complicated with seminal vesiculitis is a suppurative infection of seminal vesicle caused by gonorrhoeae diplococcus. It is a common complication of gonorrhea in men and a risk of secondary infertility.

1. Gonorrhea examination.
(1) Smear the pus from the urethral orifice or extrude pus from the urethra directly, wipe it lightly with a cotton sample and apply it on the slide. Microscopic examination showed that intraleukocyte and exogenous gram-negative gonococci were arranged in pairs in light red.

(2) Neisseria gonorrhoeae culture. For asymptomatic or mild patients, the detection rate of direct smear is low and should be cultured.

2. Examination of seminal vesiculitis. Ultrasonography or seminal vesicle angiography is feasible.
