Mycoplasma is a kind of minimal prokaryotic microorganism which lacks cell wall and is highly polymorphic, it can grow and reproduce in inanimate medium through a filter.

There are 16 kinds of Mycoplasma which can be isolated from human body, 7 of them are pathogenic to human body. The most important ones are Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU), Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) and Mycoplasma genitalium (Mg).

Two points need to be clarified in the judgement of Mycoplasma infection:

1. There are clear signs of infection with clinical symptoms and signs, which can be diagnosed as infectious diseases according to clinical standards .

2. The results of laboratory examination of Mycoplasma were positive. When these two conditions are met at the same time, we should consider whether it is mycoplasma infection or not. If there is no clinical manifestation, only laboratory tests show positive, we should consider whether it is carried by mycoplasma.

Principles for the management of mycoplasma detection in genitourinary tract. If both men and women have no symptoms related to genitourinary tract infection, only Ureaplasma urealyticum is positive, it is a carrier of mycoplasma, and no treatment is needed.

The symptoms and signs of Ureaplasma urealyticum disappeared after infection treatment. When the laboratory test results of Ureaplasma urealyticum were positive, it should be considered whether to carry Ureaplasma urealyticum or not, and no further drug treatment was needed.

If the male is diagnosed as Ureaplasma urealyticum urethritis, it is recommended that sexual partners be treated at the same time, and unprotected sexual intercourse should be avoided during the period.

When the quality of male semen is abnormal and there is a need for fertility, it is suggested that both men and women should be treated for a course of treatment at the same time.

If genital mycoplasma can be detected, genital Chlamydia should be actively tested when suspected of urethritis and cervicitis.

When treating pelvic inflammation, we should consider that Mycoplasma may be involved in the pathogenesis of pelvic inflammation, and the antimicrobial spectrum should cover mycoplasma.

If Mycoplasma enters the uterine cavity during pregnancy and needs treatment, vaginal mycoplasma infection during pregnancy is generally not treated at present.

If a man is diagnosed with Ureaplasma urealyticum urethritis and has reproductive needs, it is suggested that both men and women should be treated together. Antibiotic treatment will produce certain resistance.

Try another different plant formula, such as Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill, which can avoid drug resistance and have no damage to the body,it can radically cure mycoplasma and turn Mycoplasma negative, which is beyond the reach of antibiotics.
