The supermarket chain has announced that they want to be completely carbon positive by 2050. Since 2015, Woolworths has reduced their carbon emissions by twenty four percent and is focused on being completely carbon positive in the next twenty seven years, an ambitious plan. This supermarket chain has already put a network of solar panels in more than one hundred and fifty locations in the country, that will reduce their carbon emissions by more than sixty percent in the next seven years.
