Welsh wizard Gareth Bale is left languishing outside the top 10 on the list, he sits in 14th place behind the likes of Philipp Lahm, Radamel Falcao and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Despite missing out on a top 10 spot, Bale is the fastest player in the top 50 with a rating of 94 out of 100 in the speed stakes, which is faster than Lionel Messi and his Real Madrid teammate Cristiano Ronaldo. Overall, he is rated 87 which is five less than Ronaldo and six less than Messi.

What’s a pity that Arsenal playmaker Aaron Ramsey isn’t in the top 50 which means he’s rated 83 or lower.

And Rooney got a rating of 86, one point drop from fifa 14. But he is still got a a higher rating than Gotze whose goal against Argentina in the World Cup final clinched the title for Germany this summer. Rooney also managed to beat Costa who helped fire Atletico Madrid to their first La Liga title in 18 years last season, and France striker Karim Benzema.

One particular surprise comes in the form of Brazil captain Neymar, who can only make 30th position on the list, nine places behind his veteran teammate Xavi.
