It all depend on your capabilities and time management but weekly at least three times is highly recommended than any other because you don't have to do it daily or it can never be a Baden on your time. Take an example below: Day 1: Jogging, stretching, Pull-ups, Push-ups at least for an hour or two for both. (Sundays) Day 2: Frog Jumps, Squats, Dumbbell Row, Dead lifts for at least an hour or two for any. (Tuesdays) Day 3: Shoulder press, heavy lifting, Push-ups and Frog Jumps. (Thursdays) Friday is not a good day to do any exercise because, time schedules may not be kept properly, Friday is a time for family, loved ones, friends sharing good times and resting.
