The engagement is to provide on-going compliance support covering regulations such as RoHS, REACH, Prop 65 and Conflict Minerals.

The client is a provider of storage solutions for commercial and residential usage. They cover a full range of cabinets including commercial-grade vertical, lateral, and pedestal file, and small office home office non-commercial grade vertical and lateral file cabinets.

ComplianceXL will develop a strategic compliance roadmap for RoHS, REACH, Prop65 and Conflict Minerals. A dedicated team of compliance analysts will conduct impact assessment of each regulation on the entire range products and provide a holistic approach towards compliance.

In this multi-year engagement ComplianceXL will provide a 4-stage strategy with detailed analysis, step-by-step guide and comprehensive roadmap to implement a robust compliance program.

The stages are:
