Here, the term IQC followed by SDIP is expanded as the Incoming Quality Control Process. In this process, they start with identifying the quality material supplier. Once the materials are received, they carry out quality inspection and quality check. Once the items pass these two tests, they are sent to the warehouse. Otherwise, they are sent back to the material supplier. Once the materials reach the warehouse after a thorough quality check, the financial department of the company gets into the picture to release the payment for the material supplier.

The IPQC process in the production of Pixel LED Strip and other lights products by SDIP Light Company Limited is expanded as Input process quality control. This process starts with the production order, which then moves on to production planning. Then, the first sample is created and sent to the first check. If it passes, it will move on to mass production. If it does not pass, the report is sent back to the production team. After mass production, IPQC test is done.  

After the IPQC test, if the mass production of Pixel LED strip passes a full inspection is carried out. Otherwise, again the set is evaluated to find the fault. If the full inspection is passed, it will move on to QQC and then to QA and finally, the product will be shipped to the customer.
