Highly-rated Yoga Ashram, Ayur Yoga Eco Ashram India is delighted to announce the opening of registration for an intensive 200 hour Yoga training class. The training is specially designed to help participants tap into the numerous benefits of Yoga through structured teaching by highly experienced tutors. Participants would be exposed to the spiritual teachings and practices of traditional Hatha Yoga in a serene, awe-inspiring environment in South India. Furthermore there would be practical classes that would serve as an avenue for participants to put what they have learnt into practice.

The professional yoga instructors would handle small groups of participants consisting of a maximum of 30 people per group, with a trainer-participant ratio of not more than 1:5. The 200 hours of yoga training in India would span over a period of 30 days. The training curriculum is structured to cover the following areas.
