Requirements for OSRS minnow fishing

Minnows OSRS are members-only fish which require a small fishing net and level 82 Fishing to catch. This kind of fish can be caught at Kylie Minnow's fishing platform at the Fishing Guild. The platform can only be accessed when you have showed Kylie the full angler's outfit and completed the Fishing Contest quest.

Note for catching minnows OSRS

1. Minnow fishing spots move around at a fixed rate of 15s. Synced interval timer can be used for an auditory signal notifying you of the spot moving.
2. If you equip the Rada's blessing from Kourend & Kebos Diary, there will be up to 8% chance of catching twice the amount of minnows, which works well with the stackable nature of minnows in the inventory. Notice that no XP is given for the additional minnows catch.
3. A flying fish will occasionally appear and eat 20 minnow directly from your inventory as long as you keep fishing there.
