How to get started in the Twisted League?

To start the Twisted League OSRS, you need to log in any of the worlds which are marked in green. You will start off on Tutorial Island with fresh stats when you first login into the Twisted League, and come to OSRS Kourend Castle Courtyard to begin the challenge after completing Tutorial Island.

Quests available in Twisted League OSRS

The following quests are available in Twisted League:
Client of Kourend
The Queen of Thieves
The Depths of Despair
The Ascent of Arceuus
The Forsaken Tower
Tale of the Righteous
These are all novice-level quests with minimal requirements. The first quest is Client of Kourend OSRS, requiring you to visit every city in Great Kourend. A Feather for the quest can be easily obtained by killing a Chicken in North-west Hosidius.
Completing these quests will offer useful rewards, including hard-to-obtain coins.

Gain favour from cities of Great Kourend

Gaining favour from cities of Great Kourend is essential for progressing in Twisted League. You will be given a Kourend favour certificate after completing the Client of Kourend quest, which gives you a head start by granting 20% city favour.
You can gain favor in a city in any order, and can change between cities if you want. Here are tasks to earn OSRS Hosidius favor:
1. Plough the fields in Hosidius to reach 5% (bring a hammer).
2. Buy 850 saltpetre and compost. Combine 150 of them and speak to the Clerk to reach 20% favour.
3. Complete The Depths of Despair for 10% favour.
4. Create another 700 sulphurous fertiliser and speak to the Clerk for 100% favour.
