Level Limitation on RuneScape Raffle Ticket

RuneScape Balthazar’s Big Raffle 2019 has launched last Sunday and will run until September 30th. According to Mod Shauny’s post on Forum, currently they limit Raffle Ticket entry. Only accounts with total level 150 or more will be able to enter the raffle.
The develop team thinks this level cap on RuneScape raffle ticket is enough to stop new accounts being made just to enter the raffle while at the same time allowing new accounts that are just getting started to take part. It should be noted that if we run any raffles in the future, they will also have this change. This change will be monitored by the develop team, and they will let players know if any further changes are necessary.

How to join in RuneScape Balthazar’s Big Raffle?

Until September 30th, players can acquire RuneScape raffle tickets and turn in them to Balthazar at the Burthorpe lodestone for a chance to win a prize every day. One raffle ticket can be obtained by speaking to Balthazar, and another by or finding Gilly Willikers or completing a daily challenge.
