OSRS rainbow scarf was one of the rewards for completing the event Gilbert's Colours (Pride event), which was released in June 2017 as a promotion of LGBT inclusivity. During this OSRS Pride event, players need to gather 6 strands of colours from rainbows for the leprechaun Gilbert in the Lumbridge Castle courtyard. Once the player collects all 6 strands of colours found throughout Gielinor, the rainbow scarf was rewarded.
