I am going to share how to lose a lot of weight in a month but I must warn you that fast results will not come without your participation.
 
If you have ever tried losing the weight and getting in shape you know that motivation plays a key role in whether or not you keep going long enough to reach your goal. There are so many distractions in life that we can feel totally motivated one minute and totally unmotivated the next and this can be maddening. Losing the Weight, Finding Motivation:Focus on the positive not the negative. Many people mistakenly think they can motivate themselves by drumming up all the things they hate about their body or their current weight. This does not prove to be a true motivation for change, yes it will get you moving initially but what happens is the first sticking point you hit you are apt to throw up your hands and say, "What's the use." Instead lock your focus on how alive and vibrant you will feel in your new body.

Make weight loss a high priority. Life can be busy and making weight loss a top priority might feel unrealistic however if you truly want to reach your goal and improve this area of life you must raise this goal up so that it is always more important to reach your goal then it is to have the cheesecake for dessert.

Join a group of others with similar goals. You will hit obstacles along your journey to lose weight so it will be invaluable to have others as dedicated as you are to reaching their goal.Cancel negative thoughts. We are all vulnerable to negative thoughts that try and sabotage our success. Become very good at hearing these thoughts and as soon as one pops in your head say, CANCEL. This keeps the thought from building and will make you less likely to act in a way that you do not want to act.
