M.COM
Masters of Commerce is a 2-year postgraduate degree course done after completing a degree in B.Com. It is useful for students who want to make a career in banking financial services and insurance (BFSI). Apart from M.Com general and M.Com honours, M.Com also has other specializations like banking and finance, mathematics, taxation, marketing, accounting, economics etc. Depending on the job profile, average starting salary here lies between 3-5LPA.

MA
Masters of Arts is a 2-year PG course done after completing Bachelors of Arts. MA provides specializations similar to BA, and you can expect an average starting salary of 4 lakhs per annum.
