Canartic Strat Metals Inc. announced that its initial public offering of shares on the Hong Kong exchange will be held during the second or third quarter of 2015 after a recent valuation increased the share price from $8 to $11.25.
 
Share warrants are also available which entitle investors to purchase three shares of Canartic Strat Metals Inc. at a set price regardless of potentially higher market prices.
