Social and emotional learning is an emerging field with lots of new research, but the concept behind this field is very old. In this program, childhood educators learn how to support young children’s well-being and social emotional development through well researched and innovative approaches. Pathways to Resilience have developed various programs for resilience and wellbeing for all ages including their flagship program Wing to Fly. The‘Wings to Fly’ program is specifically for educators in the early years. This program is delivered over 12 hours to educators of children of age 0 to 5. To improve the outcomes for children, this program is designed to support early childhood educators to optimise their educational practice. You will learn how to build relationships that support children's resilience and wellbeing.
