Hello, fellow Runescape players. Today we are looking at the latest Treasure Hunter even for May, Buried Treasure. We had a good discussion around the Rs3gold.com office and no one can think of if a buried treasure event has happened before, so that is pretty cool. Will you score a ton of rs gold? So what this promotion offers is a grid of 6 x 6 squares. As you would expect from a name like buried treasure there are hidden treasure chests in each of the squares and it is up to you to hopefully find some awesome stuff. 6 of the chests that you will come across are special chests! Which contain a handful of special items. Now, most of the items you get in this event are note exactly going to blow you away, but there are special chests with their own special rewards (what they are though, we have no idea!) so it is worth thinking about doing.

We love the idea of buried treasure and think that some of the items you get are pretty damn cool. So it does make opening the not so great chests well worth it, especially if you are into the treasure hunter aspect of Runescape.

We feel that treasure hunter can be a lot of fun, but we just wish it had a little more wow factor, like something exciting happening as just clicking on a grid is not the most exciting thing in the world. Although when you do score something cool it does make you freak out, so in a way that is pretty exciting.
