After completing your P.U.C. course, if you aspire to become a lawyer, you have the option of taking up a three-year L.L.B. course or a five year integrated L.L.B. course. Most L.L.B. Colleges in Gujarat offer both these types of courses. This article will help you to choose between the two courses to kickstart your career in the field of law.

Key features-

The three-year L.L.B. course is an undergraduate program. Whereas the five-year L.L.B. course is an integrated program, it includes a graduate program such as B.A., B.B.A., BSc etc., along with the core L.L.B. degree. The three-year L.L.B. course's objective is to prepare students for a career in law, and it focuses on different aspects of law education. The five-year course focuses on basic graduation level subjects along with the core law subjects.

How to get admission-

Admission to the three year course at most institutes is done on the basis of entrance examinations such as the LSAT. Students who want to take admission to the five year integrated program will have to appear for an examination such as CLAT, S.E.T., AILET etc.
