Features
(1) The air compressor is a gas source for a PET stretch blow molding machine that performs a process of compressing air from the atmosphere to a desired pressure.
(2) The air dryer is used to remove moisture from the compressed air and reduce the temperature of the compressed air in the heat exchanger.
(3) Air filters are used to remove impurities such as hydrocarbons, tiny dust and solid particles from compressed air.
(4) The gas storage tank is used to receive and supply the air of the machine as a storage.
Since the preform for a 5 gallon bottle is thick and difficult to heat evenly, sometimes, if the preform is heated with a conventional preheater, the bottle will eventually become pale. Therefore, in addition to the ordinary preheater, we have added an internal heater to this line to achieve the desired uniform heating effect, which is conducive to the easy formation of the final bottle. The final bottle made in this way will be clear and uniform. There will be less deformed bottles so you can save on production costs.
