TPE injection cycles are usually much faster than thermoset plastics, for example, which allows you to produce more products faster and speed up your time to market. TPE also typically uses less energy because the friction of the substrate material injected into the machine helps to heat and liquefy it, requiring less energy than the thermosetting plastic's heating/curing process. Finally, TPE can usually be processed "as is" without the need for large amounts of additives or other supplemental materials required for thermoset processing.
