NDA 2019 is conducted for the All India applicants whose desire is to join Indian Defence forces. Through NDA, the applicants are recruited in Air Force, Navy, and Army.

Nationality:

The appearing candidate must be a citizen of India, Nepal or Bhutan.

A Tibetan refugee came to India before 01 January 1963 with a mindset to become a permanent resident of India are also eligible.

An individual of Indian origin who has migrated from Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan & East African Nations of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, and Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of completely settling in India are also eligible to apply.

Age Limits, Gender & Marital Status:

For NDA (1) 2019: The applicants possessing age between 2nd July 2000 to 1st July 2003 are eligible for the exam. If born before 2nd July 2000 and after 1st July 2003 then not eligible for NDA (1) 2019 examination.

For NDA (2) 2019: Anyone who has age between 2nd January 2001 to 1st January 2004 are permitted to write the examination. If the applicant bears the age before 2nd January 2001 and after 1st January 2004, they are not permitted to appear the examination.

Merely unmarried male applicants are eligible for NDA examination. Girls are not allowed for the NDA entrance examination.

Qualification Criteria:

The minimum qualification necessary for Indian Army wing, Navy and Air Force is as follows:
Eligibility for Indian Army:

The applicants need to apply for Indian Army must have completed 12th (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent examination from a well-recognized board.

The appearing applicants can also apply.

Eligibility for Indian Navy and Air Force:
