Before adjusting the 3 phase electricity meter . Generally, it must be verified first. During calibration, first connect the meter under test according to the meter test wiring diagram, apply rated voltage and rated current to preheat for 15 minutes, and then do the following tests.




(1) Full load, power factor equal to 1
Move the power factor selector switch to the position where the power factor is equal to 1, adjust R1 so that the current is the rated current of the meter under test, and record the test results.

(2) Half load, power factor equal to 1
Same as item (1), but adjust the current to half of the rated current of the meter under test and record the test results.

(3) Light load, power factor equal to 1
Same as item (1), but adjust the current to 10% of the rated current of the meter under test, and record the test results.

(4) Full load, half load, power factor equal to 0.5
Move the power factor selector switch K3 to the position where the power factor is equal to 0.5, do full load and half load tests, and record the test results.

(5) Creeping
Adjust the voltage to 110% of the rated voltage of the meter under test, cut off the current loop, and observe whether the watt-hour meter can stop rotating within one revolution of the aluminum plate.

(6) Sensitivity
The power factor is equal to 1, the voltage is the rated voltage of the tested meter, adjust R2 to gradually increase the current from zero, turn on K2, and observe the minimum current value (mA) that makes the aluminum disk continue to rotate. If the minimum current value is within 1%In (In-rated current of the meter under test), the sensitivity is considered qualified.

(7) Balance test
Connect the two voltage coils in parallel, and the current coils in reverse connection in series for observation. When K1 is closed, the aluminum disc cannot rotate under various power factors and various load conditions.
