Runescape, despite being nearly 20 years old, still remains a game that is popular. Admittedly, those who've stuck with it within this period of time are somewhat obsessed with that. Hopefully, however, the association between game and participant is still a healthful one. In a report via Eurogamer, it appears that one individual is becoming more than a bit angry at the games developer'Jagex'. So much, in actuality, that he really decided to take them. What had they done to justify this action? Well, put simply, they'd muted his accounts.

The above is his court entry over his legal situation 'Jagex'. As you can see for yourself, the man clearly considers that the mute violated his free speech, human rights, and also represented a breach of due procedure. While allowing the jury to determine how much money he must be awarded (not, incidentally, that this came anywhere near a jury prior to being thrown out) that he 2nd request was that they removed the spat onto his account.

Now, if you're anything like me, you got a big grin on your face. You're also, perhaps, shaking your head in disbelieve. I guarantee you this isn't the Twilight Zone. This really happened!

What Do We Think? Put simply, if he obtained muted in Runescape, it was. This is perhaps the first instance I've seen of somebody while you can, of course, appeal a mute with the developer!
