Steps to recover Hotmail email account

Go to the login page.
Click on the link Forgot Password.
Select the option for I forgot My password.
Click Next.

Then write the received code given there in the box.
Then click Next.
Now user will be provided with few options to recover the password.
User can choose either an alternate email id, or a phone number or can choose to answer the secret questions.
