Can Endometrial Hyperplasia lead to Canceration?

Why is endometrium different at different stages of life and in different stages of the menstrual cycle?

Hyperplasia includes simple hyperplasia, complex hyperplasia and atypical hyperplasia. These hyperplasia are gradually aggravated from the degree of pathological changes. Atypical hyperplasia belongs to the category of precancerous lesions.

These endometrial hyperplasia are first manifested by endometrial thickening. But the most fundamental is pathological changes, not thickness changes.

Endometrial lesions seldom occur before puberty, and no one even pays attention to the thickness of endometrium in adolescent girls. However, postmenopausal women generally believe that less than 5mm is normal, and that more than 5mm is suspicious.

The endometrium of women of childbearing age changes greatly during the menstrual cycle, usually between 5 and 15 mm. Why is endometrium different at different stages of life and in different stages of the menstrual cycle?

Dr. Jean-Claude Nkundabaganz, a gynecologist and obstetrician, said that endometrial hyperplasia is an abnormality of the endometrium or endometrium. It is usually found in women of childbearing age, but in some postmenopausal women.

According to Dr. Mohamed Okasha, an obstetrician and gynecologist, there are two types of endometrial hyperplasia: dysplasia, atypical hyperplasia and higher risk of endometrial cancer.

There is evidence that only about 5% of women with endometrial hyperplasia and no atypia develop endometrial cancer.

The formation and destruction of endometrium depends on the precise balance between progesterone and estrogen. Both are produced by the ovary and stimulated by hormones in the pituitary and hypothalamus.

Endometrial hyperplasia may or may be at risk of malignant tumors. It may be a symptom of abnormal uterine bleeding. The main risk factor is that estrogen has no antagonistic effect, such as obesity and infertility.

Nkundabagenzi points out that endometrial hyperplasia is caused by normal hormone disorders, usually the origin of ovaries or the imbalance between female hormones.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients of childbearing age, adolescent and menopausal women with menstrual disorders can use artificial methods to regularize the menstrual cycle, so that menstruation comes on time.

The simple method is to simulate the normal menstrual cycle hormone levels to give estrogen and progesterone. Or simply give progesterone. The endometrium falls off on time, so that it has no chance to grow excessively.

Bisides progesterone, natural herbs such as hawthorn, Poria Cocos, Cnidium and so on, all have the effect of promoting testosterone. Hawthorn, rich in Fuyan Pill, can regulate the intestine and stomach, increase appetite, promote salivary secretion, promote digestion, invigorate Qi and nourish blood.

In addition, it is rich in a sleep conditioning plant, through improving sleep to balance the pituitary and hypothalamus, regulate the central nerve, improve human immunity, 1 to 3 months, endometrium can return to normal thickness.
