I figure Jagex's policy will likely be; if not one of the center Arch team members get it (Rowley, Ryan et al) then we see that the normal discharge and those members will be at the workplace that day.Yeah but they will need people to perform hot fixes and things that will almost inevitably go wrong on discharge. Not to mention all the other staff needed to maintain the offices open, servers operating, etc.. Hopefully it won't be delayed but it probably more complicated than we believe and if cases of this virus keep doubling every day or 2 that knows what the situation will be.

To be honest given the situation together with the pandemic what can they do? Clearly not aiding the spread of a dangerous new disease is much more important than discharging weekly updates. Plus everything is gradually shutting down and official advice is to stay at home when you have even a cough or mild temperature. I'm not surprised or disappointed. I would be surprised if Archaeology is NOT postponed at this time. This virus crap will get worse before it gets better along with the UK authorities do not exactly appear to be at the top of things at this time.
