Procuring of goods and services, invoicing, e-tendering and contracting strategy frameworks are crucial to enable the best quality product at the best available price.

Procurement strategies have metamorphed from just being a function to aid the supply chain process to becoming one of the most crucial aspects of supply chain management. Highlighting the importance of procurement, Fleming Gulf's Procurement Strategy Summit launched yesterday, 17 September 2013 at Amwaj Rotana, Dubai. The two day summit will see leading experts discuss the latest developments, enhancements and new technologies transforming the Middle East to offer a greater volume of opportunity across industry sectors.
