Your other not training hard enough you're doing too much three not allowing adequate recovery time gradually built up the vole a little bit over time to the point worth saving maybe at the most about ten exercises again we start with her five compound like movement pushing pulling a horizontal plane comes to five so we have another bicep exercise Triassic RageDNA exercise name you're doing something specific for the quadriceps hamstrings and then maybe cabs form and after a while you start to see slowdown in progress Valerie start to go on the other direction and cutback how do you cut back with the count what's a particular exercise not progressing if you're saying that you're not progressing and ... bicep exercise to them now assing you're training are not the problem is that your other doing too much for now allowing adequate time to recover for that specific muscle group in which case that would be where you'd cut back and there's different ways we can cutback to drop the exercise from the workout you could drop it to every other workout or this is where you can start dividing things up between two workouts i would recommend still doing full-body workouts in dividing...........
