Instill a sense of humour in the workplace. Simple yet effective techniques of brightening the environment and reconnecting with your staff include theme dress-up or entertaining contests, such as blowing balloons.
Above all, treat and believe in your employees as your most precious asset. Praise and gratitude must be genuine and honest; embrace your employee's actions with your thoughts as much as your heart.
