IF Guide for Beginners - Intermittent Fasting 101 Intermittent Fasting (IF) is an eating pattern that circulates between fasting periods and intervals.

John Berardi, a world-renowned nutritionist and fat loss expert, sent me an email about a month back. I was immediately intrigued by the headline of the email: "New Book: Experiments With Intermittent Fasting". I was intrigued by the idea that there might be an online program for weight loss.

I am an avid student of nutrition and exercise, and have tried many different methods to eat and train over the years. These range from weight loss to muscle building to improved athletic performance to fat loss. Although I was aware of intermittent fasting and its benefits, I hadn't really investigated it.

But I was always curious to hear what Dr. Berardi had to say so I decided to read his new e-book. After having read the entire book in one sitting, it took me three hours to get up. These are just a few of the things I learned about intermittent fasting.

1. Intermittent fasting, also known as I.F. Although it is known by a cool and exotic name, intermittent fasting (also known as I.F.) refers to the method nutrition professionals use to go for extended periods without eating.

2. Intermittent fasting is something that we all do almost every day. Yes, that's right. You are doing intermittent fasting from the end of your evening meal to the beginning of your next meal the next day.

3. There is still much research to be done on intermittent fasting. Some potential benefits include lower blood pressure, decreased risk of certain cancers, an increased metabolic rate (think increased fat-burning potential), improved blood sugar control, and better cardiovascular function.

4. There are many styles of I.F. There are many different styles of I.F. Some require a full fast (that is, at least 24 hours without food), while others follow a more relaxed approach such as the Leangains (16-hour fast/8 hour feed).

5. Intermittent fasting should not be attempted by the weak. You should be familiar with the basics of healthy weight loss and healthy nutrition before you consider I.F. I.F. is a good option for advanced dieters and exercisers who are looking for a challenging and new way to lose fat. It might be worth looking into I.F. These methods require planning and discipline.

Here's a quick overview of intermittent fasting and a few topics from Dr. Berardi’s new book "Experiments with Intense Fasting". I hope you find this interesting, but not uncommon, way to fat loss and health fascinating enough to be interested in it.For more detail visit https://69diet.com/%e0%b8%84%e0%b8%b9%e0%b9%88%e0%b8%a1%e0%b8%b7%e0%b8%ad-if-%e0%b8%aa%e0%b8%b3%e0%b8%ab%e0%b8%a3%e0%b8%b1%e0%b8%9a%e0%b8%9c%e0%b8%b9%e0%b9%89%e0%b9%80%e0%b8%a3%e0%b8%b4%e0%b9%88%e0%b8%a1%e0%b8%95%e0%b9%89%e0%b8%99-intermittent-fasting-101/
