There are a lot benefits to be had from consuming organic foods. They provide more beneficial nutrients and is less likely to negatively affect people with food allergies. There are no chemical residues in organic foods. The pesticides and other fungicides that are used in conventional foods will leave chemical residue in the foods. Organic food stays fresher thanks to this lack of residue you would normally find in conventional farmed foods. Organic farming is a better practice for the environment. It reduces the chance of air pollution, water pollution, it conserves water, there is less chance of soil erosion, it promotes soil fertility and it takes less energy to operate an organic farm than it does to operate a conventional farm. Pesticides is dangerous to many wild life and not any is better for the wild life and for people living nearby as well. The animals raised by organic means have less chance of becoming ill and spreading the disease. Caging or penning animals is the perfect recipe to spread communicable diseases around the farm. Animals that are raised free ranged are more likely to fine the nutrition their body needs to stay healthy.

In our society more and more people are trying to stay away from anything that is nonorganic. The increase of diseases has made most people conscious about their health. Organic is the way to go, but what does that mean. It means foods that are grown without the aid of chemicals. It refers to live stock that reared free ranged and without the aid of antibiotics or hormones. They are feed only organic feed. The term and definition may vary from country to country, but the main concept refers to crops and animals grown naturally ad without the aid of manmade additives.

The product that we get from free ranged animals are richer in nutrients and quality. There is less chance of GMO in these products and this type of farming grows crops and rear animals the way nature intended. Using this process to grow and rear your food will always produce better quality with the less possibility of manmade contaminants. There may be a bit more work involved, and this might be the factor that deters these farmers. There is no reason why this method of farming is not adapted by all farmers because it is cheaper, and it produces better quality. We are in a time and society where more people are getting allergic to food. This can be due to how the food is grown and the lack of nutrients in the food. There is also an increase in the amount of people who are developing allergies against some of the foods they eat. This is a time for change and people need to realize what works and what is best. Organic farming is a practice that should be adopted by every farmer worldwide. The process is cheaper and it yield better quality products with less chance of man made contaminants and bacteria.
