The assaults were reported in January 2023 to the Providence Police Department and the defendant was arrested shortly thereafter.

Blake Nolan, the Media Consultant for John Grasso, a Rhode Island Child Molestation Attorney, said “Sexual assaults that involve children are the most traumatic, both to the victim and their family. While it is essential for families to come forward and ensure that they speak up to the police department, it is also important that anyone accused of this crime also ensure they have legal representation.”

Having legal representation when accused of a crime of this nature, ensures that the case is handled fairly, especially when so many emotions are involved.
