Courses in vibration analysis, plant reliability and machine theory available both in-class and online.

Fort Collins, Colo. – October 6, 2014 – Pioneer Engineering has announced the firm’s 2015 course schedule. The training sessions, which provide industry and manufacturing professionals with hands-on learning opportunities in plant reliability, vibration analysis and machine theory, are available in both an in-class and online setting.

The course curriculum offers three-to-five day training sessions beginning mid-January 2015 and continuing through November 2015 with public training held at the firm’s headquarters in Fort Collins, CO. In 2015, the firm will be rolling out new online course offerings for their Introduction to Vibration Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance and Root Cause Failure Analysis courses.

Instructors for Pioneer Engineering bring nearly 50 years of combined teaching and field experience in plant reliability, vibration analysis and complex mechanical troubleshooting analysis that span the globe.

“Pioneer Engineering prides itself on providing clients the hands-on and interactive training opportunities they need to help bridge the gap between theoretical approaches and practical implementation of vibration analysis, machine theory and plant reliability best practices,” said Jessica Dieken, director of marketing for Pioneer Engineering. “One of the most valuable things we offer attendees is that our instructors do not just speak from a podium. All of our instructors bring a wealth of knowledge in firsthand experience with the challenges that come up in a plant environment – from routine predictive maintenance to complex data analysis and troubleshooting – they apply their experiences to their instruction.”

Pioneer offers a variety of classes designed for increased knowledge in vibration analysis, machine theory and plant reliability. Topics in each course range from daily and weekly maintenance practices and approaches, to the analysis and interpretation of vibration data and oil analysis reporting.

Class sizes are limited for an ideal instructor-to-student ratio and team learning. Tuition for each class includes course materials, lunches for classes at Pioneer’s training facility and the certification exam.

All of Pioneer Engineering’s courses are available in a private setting at a client’s facility.
